The Board of Supervisors unrealistic passed ordinance calls for spending $58.6 million a month to house 7000 of the homeless temporarily. My idea costs $54 million in a year and respects the homeless. But no one wants to hear from San Francisco’s most successful homeless person. Why? City Hall thinks they know more about being homeless than a man who has been homeless and happy since 2009.
